Changes to your financial circumstances

If your financial circumstances change, this may trigger the need for a new Will or a change to an existing Will.

This is because your Will was drafted to distribute your Estate in accordance with your wishes.

If your Estate changes and becomes larger or smaller over time, who receives what in your Will may also need to change.
